Website Visitor Stats – Early Summer 2010 (up to 18th July)
The fledgeling NorfolkPR website was originally launched in May and is beginning to attract increasing numbers of web visitors. It’s fast becoming the place to promote your Norfolk business or community news story online…
During its first month of May 2010 the site attracted 538 visits. In June we had 806 visits, with 2743 page views. Up to yesterday’s date (18th July) we’ve had nearly 500 visits and almost 1200 page views this month.
Over 100 visitors have come to the site from search engines, with a selection of the phrases used (picked up from the site content and the articles it contains) being things like…

local adverts in north norfolk, free advertising north norfolk
bbc blast hunstanton, media events in norfolk, bbc blast in hunstanton, bbc blast north norfolk

… which as you can see, pick up our site’s general purpose as well as getting direct to the individual articles it contains.
Our Facebook ad campaign has now been running since 22nd June and has been seen 239,472 times by people in the Norfolk area (we target users within an area 80km around Norwich).
Our articles have built-in page stats too….
The BBC created a listing for their ‘BBC Blast’ event in Hunstanton and 82 people have viewed it since June 25th.
The Norfolk restaurant publicised a fundraising event which has been read 50 times within the first fortnight.
West Raynham Park’s property article was placed on May 17th and has recieved over 150 views to date.
With WebsiteaDay’s promotional artice having been read 137 times, Rapproche’s mediation service listing 106 views and the Catholic Family Website entry getting 130 reads so far, you can see that Norfolk people do read what gets listed here – and visitor numbers from the Norfolk area will only increase as our site content grows.
